Stream Change - Major

For activities in and about a water feature (e.g. river, lake, wetland, etc.) such as channel realignment, retaining wall or bank protection installation, dredging, construction of a sediment pump and stream crossings not meeting notification criteria that have the potential to impact water quality, ecosystems or other water users.

Stream Change - Minor

A notification process for when activity does not involve diversion of water, maybe completed quickly and will have minimal impact on environment and other parties. Includes most stream crossings, maintenance and temporary change activities.
